The Drawing is open to anyone involved with actual commercial and/or EUP trial use of Coragen® insect control products, including: growers, distributors, dealers, retailers, University researchers and DuPont EUP cooperators. Entrants must reside legally in the United States and must be 18 years or older. Promotion is void where prohibited by law or restricted by employer’s policy. Participants must comply with their employer’s policy and/or directives regarding prize acceptance. Employees of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and persons living in the same household are not eligible.
Entries are only accepted online and will be accepted until midnight December 31, 2009. Each time you submit a new testimonial, your name will be entered in a monthly drawing for a prize with a minimum value of $50.00. One prize will be awarded each month. Enter by midnight of the last day of each month to qualify. To enter online, visit corageninsectcontrol.com, then complete the submission form. When the form is complete, click on [SUBMIT] to be entered into the Drawing. To be eligible, all online submissions must be made during the Drawing entry period. Multiple entries from the same email address will be accepted, as long as there are unique testimonials submitted with each entry and new submission. DuPont and its agents or representatives are not responsible for the failure to receive entries due to transmission failures of any kind and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
One prize each month will be awarded with a minimum retail value of $50.00. Prizes will be randomly selected by DuPont from the following choices: 300-piece poker set in rosewood carrying case; AudioStar A80 speaker system for iPods or MP3 players; wireless Bluetooth headset with dock; or 1G iPod shuffle. No cash substitute in part or in whole is allowed. DuPont reserves the right to change or replace the prize at any time with a prize of similar value. The prize is not transferable. Winners will be responsible for all Federal, State, or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of a prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to winner’s name and testimonial for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
One prize winner will be selected through a random drawing of all eligible entries each month. Winners will be notified by email or phone on or about the 15th of each month.
By entering the Drawing, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree to release DuPont and any agents and administrators from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Drawing.
DuPont and any agents and administrators are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in this Drawing. DuPont and any agents and administrators also are not responsible for incomplete, distorted or delayed Internet/email computer entries. In the event that technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability of the prize drawing under this contest, DuPont reserves the right to terminate this Drawing at any time.
All submitted Drawing material become the property of DuPont. By participating in this Drawing, participants grant permission to use their name and or written testimonials in DuPont marketing efforts.
